Product Name	Glass Fiber Polyester Putty
Feature	Polyester putty with Good filling power, fast drying, easy to apply and polish, strong adhesion and high temperature resistance to 250ºC-300ºC, fine material, no dry and shrinkage. Suitable for large and small area repair of automotive surfaces.
Substrate	Various metal surface, iron plate, steel plate, corrosion resistant plate, aluminium plate, glass fiber reinforced plastics and various old coat finishes.
Application Tool	Putty knife, soft rubber or plastic spreader.
Mixing Ratio	Putty : Hardener= 100: 2 (weight ratio)
Drying Time	1 hour/ 20ºC
Construction reference	1. Mix the putty with the hardener in proportion before solidification. 2. Brush the mixed putty on the polished two-component primer or the substrate. 3. If it needs a thick filling, it's better to brush or scrape a thin surface many times to reach the effect. 4. If there are bubbles in proccess of applying, brush them with putty knife completely.
Shelf life	12 months
Package	1.5kg/tin; 2kg/tin
Remark	1. Don't scrape too much putty on the surface, only leave a 2%- 5% area. 2. the filler is not suitable to apply directly on bare metals. 3. Spray topcoat directly after scraping and polishin in small area application. For large area, It's recommended to 2K primer prior to topcoat. 4. Please seal the can tightly to avoiding clotting.
